1. SIM Holidays Spain (the “Product” from here and onwards) is provided by Orange Espagne S.A.U. (“Orange” from here and onwards). Below please find Orange’s company information.

5. Return policy
(a) Purchase of an eSIM can be cancelled before activation. Once the eSIM is activated in the Orange network, and the eSIM information (QR code, SIM number, mobile number, PIN and PUK) is delivered via email to the customer, any commercial claim should be addressed directly to Orange.
(b) In case the eSIM has not been activated due to a technical reason, and no solution was provided in a reasonable time frame of up to 8 hours from support request via our Contact Us page, full reimbursement will be made within 5 business days.
(c) In case the eSIM has not been activated due to a differed activation request to a future date, a reimbursement can be solicited via our Contact Us page. Service fee of 3€ will be deducted from the full amount. reimbursement will be made within 5 business days.
(d) Purchase of a recharge in our Recharge page can be cancelled before it is performed. Once the recharge is added to an Orange mobile number, any commercial claim should be addressed directly to Orange.
(e) In case the recharge has not been performed due to a technical reason, and no solution was provided in a reasonable time frame of up to 8 hours from support request via our Contact Us page, full reimbursement will be made within 5 business days.
(f) In case the recharge has not been performed due to a differed recharge request to a future date, a reimbursement can be solicited via our Contact Us page. Service fee of 3€ will be deducted from the full amount. The reimbursement will be made within 5 business days.
6. GDPR compliance
(a) TOUR-TECH is fully compliant with GDPR provisions and is being periodically audited by a certified professional.
(b) TOUR-TECH deletes the collected personal information from its systems 30 days after SIM/eSIM cards activation.
(c) Any change to personal information will need to be addressed to Orange.
(d) Personal information is not passed under any circumstances to third parties beyond Orange.
